WHAT IT DOES
Schedules processes with the algorithm you choose and prints a timeline,
a table of times and the averages. "All" compares every algorithm.

INPUT
id   a name       at   arrival time    bt   burst time
pri  priority, a lower number runs first
Times are whole numbers. Round Robin and All ask for a quantum.

HOW TO READ THE OUTPUT
Timeline  |a 0-8 |b 8-12| means a ran from 0 to 8, then b.
CT   completion time
TAT  turnaround time = CT - AT
WT   waiting time    = TAT - BT
Avg  mean TAT and WT. Lower is better.
